How do I buy oysters?
The Oyster Shop is located at our house on Airport Road in Stonington, Maine.
Purchase oysters and accoutrements online, select your desired pick up date, and when you receive a confirmation email - your order is ready for pick up.
Oysters are hand harvested daily.

Keep your oysters in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them. They will last about 5 days. Keep them away from ice and water.

Your oysters are hand-harvested for the day of your order pick-up. If you keep them properly refrigerated, they should last about a week.
